Highly recommend to anyone buying off-plan in Dubai. They were thorough, polite and explained everything on site. The re-inspection after the developer's fixes was discounted too.
Very professional team. Their thermal camera picked up a hidden leak behind the kitchen wall that we would never have seen. The developer fixed it before we moved in.
